Please send us a copy of your final grades if they are between 3.5-4.0 GPA.

All student athletes from ages  9-12 are eligible.

Report card (copy of the students final grades) submissions should be sent to: info@basketballlab.com

When is the winner notified?

The winner will be notified by June 21, 2024

When is the award received?

The award is mailed within 2 weeks after the above dates.

What does the Scholarship Award include?

• $500.00 Gift towards books, clothes or education.
• 1 complimentary Individual Training Session.
• Name recognition on basketballlab.com (photo is optional)
